So how do we get back on track - without adding in more to do?

 It is estimated that at least 75% of Americans are dehydrated.
 The main cause of daytime fatigue is simply a lack of water.
 In a University of Washington study, drinking just one glass of water when
feeling hungry stopped the hunger pangs in 98% of dieters studied.
 In a Washington University (St Louis) study water relived low back pain in 80%
of suffers.
Our bodies are approximately 70 % water. When we don’t replenish the supply, and
instead pour in sodas, alcohol, coffee, etc., it’s no wonder we don’t function at peak
performance.
But there’s more to it than this…
Not only are we not drinking the amount of water our bodies require to function properly,
we are also being bombarded with toxins from our modern lifestyles.
Smog, plastics, stress, processed foods - even mineral/nutrient deficient “natural” foods –
it’s no surprise we’re feeling the way we do.
Health scientists today notice a commonality in all disease -ridden bodies: over-acidity &
free-radical damage.
In fact, many scientists are now saying that over -acidity & free-radical damage is what
“aging” IS. Sure, we all get older, but maybe the symptoms we commonly associate
with “aging” have nothing to do with our age…
…and more to do with what we are putting in our bodies.
So, how does this all tie in with the water we drink?
Not only do we require adequate water for our bodies to do the amazing things they are

“Water” is not one thing. First we must notice all water is NOT equal. So, what are the
realities of our modern-day water choices?


Tap Water: Over 2100 documented contaminants have been found in our
nation’s tap water. Things like arsenic, lead, pharmaceutical medicines,
insecticides, nitrates, chlorine – the list is long & disturbing.


Bottled Water: With usually an acidic pH (neutral at best), these waters can be
ok (from actual spring water), but more commonly are simply free municipal tap
water that has been filtered or purified, and then re -sold to us at higher prices
than gasoline is currently going for. One of the worst problems with bottled
water is the leached plastic that we are also paying lots of money to ingest.
Plastic is not only obviously toxic, but also mimics a form of the female
hormone estrogen, and therefore wreaks ha voc on our endocrine system, doing
unnatural things with our hormones...Another negative re water bottles is the
massive amount of plastic water bottles that are overflowing our landfills, sitting
there for years & years without ever composting back into s oil. A final note
about bottled water: it is frequently filtered using reverse -osmosis. See below.


Reverse-Osmosis or Distilled Water: commonly referred to as “purified
water”, this water is actually not something we should let pass our lips. Thi s
water is dead water. It is important to note that purified water is man -made; it
does not occur in nature. It has been stripped of all minerals that naturally occur
within water. (Not so sure I would go down the “water leaching mineral” rabbit
hole – it is hotly disputed. Maybe better to take an alternate track of mineral
deficit which causes our bodies to steal them from the bones, teeth etc…This
leaves the water as an unnatural “void”, that therefore leaches whatever is
around to fill that empty space b ack up. So it leaches minerals from your body –
phosphorus & calcium from your bones, magnesium from your heart, etc. Worse
than that, this also is water used to make cans of soda & beer. On top of the
negative health effects of these drinks, is the base o f distilled water that has
leached the aluminum from the can. So you also are paying to ingest aluminum,
the metal found in abundance in the brains of all Alzheimer’s patients.) When
you use water bottles, you are often having this water for your base, an d since
it’s been sitting on the shelf in plastic, guess what else you are drinking lots of?
Well, then what is there to drink?
The world’s renowned “fountain of youth” waters, like Lourdes in France or that of the
Hunza region of Pakistan, all have similar properties in common. People who regularly
drink these waters have been extensively studied as having extraordinary health &
